Festival of Colors!!

This weekend I stayed at my friend Alyx's house down in Springville and had a party!! We went to the Festival of Colors at the Indian Temple down in Spanish Fork. It was crazy but super fun! The whole time everyone was yelling different things and they had people singing and preaching to the crowd. Everyone was crowded together and some people were even crowd surfing. Which seemed like a stupid idea to me cause they would just eventually drop to the ground when people didn't feel like holding them up anymore. When it was time to throw the colors the air became so thick with colored chalk that you couldn't see a thing! Even when it wasn't the official throwing time though people were constantly throwing chalk at you to make sure that you were covered. White was not allowed at the festival!

At some points it was a little crazy including when some dude who was crowd surfing hit me in the head with his leg. But overall it was fun experience and I would definitely go again sometime! :)
